We wanted to build an Old Age Recreation Center, not a conventional Old Home. It is still possible for us to do so. During our planning of the Recreation Center, we found out that after we departed from the face of the earth, who would finance the center?
After several months of discussion, we came up with the idea that we need to establish a business, and the business will run the Recreation Center. Then we started to find a suitable business module that can serve both our purposes. Here comes the Resort Project.
